To use Beconase Hayfever Nasal Spray, shake the bottle gently before each use. Clear your nostrils by blowing your nose gently before using the spray. Tilt your head forward slightly and insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping the other nostril closed by applying gentle pressure with a finger. While breathing in gently, press down firmly on the pump to release a spray into the nostril. Repeat in the other nostril if needed. After use, wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap securely.
