The capsules contain paracetamol, caffeine and phenylephrine hydrochloride to reduce aches and pains, sore throats, headaches, nasal congestion and lower temperature.

The capsules work by providing pain relief, reducing fatigue and drowsiness, and reducing swelling in the nose to relieve congestion and pressure. The capsules should be taken with water and plenty of fluids should be consumed.

Adults, the elderly and children aged 16 and over should take two red and yellow capsules every 4-6 hours during the day to a maximum of 3 doses, and two blue and red capsules at night if needed. Do not take more than 8 capsules in any 24 hours.
