Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth, muscle function and the immune system. Natures Aid Liquid Vitamin D3 is sourced from Lichen and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Vitamin D helps contribute to the maintenance of normal bones & teeth, normal function of the immune system, and the maintenance of normal muscle function. These vitamin D3 drops have no odour or taste, and can be taken directly, or mixed with juice or food. Vitamin D is an essential vitamin that helps your body absorb calcium for strong, healthy bones and teeth. This is especially important for children’s growing bodies.
Usage/Dosage
Take 0.5ml per day.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Ingredients
Medium Chain Triglycerides (Fractionated Coconut Oil), Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol).
Warnings
Suitable for age 9 and over. Vitamin D3 is contra-indicated for those taking warfarin and verapamil and for anyone suffering from hyperparathyroidism. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
